Project Journey
The hotel originally only allowed standard rectangular LED screens, but the couple and planner wanted the magic to reach into the guest area: L-shaped transparent LED wrapping the crowd, plus a curved flexible LED stage backdrop.
Our team coordinated with hotel engineers, the couple, and the wedding agency—balancing safety codes, tight install windows, and creative vision.
Our structural designers produced a 3D simulation in advance; all custom frames were prefabricated for plug-and-play onsite. Meanwhile, our content team collaborated with friends of the couple to integrate photos, blessings, and real-time messages onto the screens.

Challenges & Solutions

Tight Venue Schedule: Only 24 hours to install and cable, with zero disruption to the next day’s events. We modularized all parts, labeled every screw, and rehearsed the build in our factory.

Live Content & Interactivity: To capture the energy of the day, we developed a WeChat mini-program for guests to instantly send wishes and photos, displayed live on the LEDs.
