1. Order Process

Step-by-Step Ordering Guide

Ordering a custom LED screen from EKINTRY is simple and tailored to your specific needs. Here's how the process works:

Step 1: Submit Your Requirements

Use our Online Quote Tool to submit your project details. Please prepare the following:

Desired screen dimensions (Width × Height, in meters or feet)

Installation environment (Indoor / Outdoor / Semi-outdoor)

Viewing distance or pixel pitch preference (e.g., P2.5, 5 meters)

Mounting method (Wall mount, hanging, freestanding, etc.)

Delivery location (country, city, zip code)

Optional: reference drawings or photos

If unsure, our support team can help you define specs.

Step 2: Receive Technical Proposal & Quotation

Within 12–24 hours, we will send a tailored quotation PDF including:

Screen layout sketch & module specs

LED model & controller recommendations

Estimated total cost (EXW/FOB/CIF)

Lead time & shipping method options

Optional add-ons (spare parts, controllers, flight case)

Quotes are valid for 15 days.

Step 3: Confirm & Invoice

Upon your confirmation:

We issue a Proforma Invoice

You verify all specs and artwork if logos or content are involved

A production deposit is required to begin manufacturing

Step 4: Manufacturing & Quality Control

We will:

Finalize BOM and begin production

Test modules and assemble screen in factory

Perform a 72-hour aging test under real video content

Share photos/videos for your final approval

Step 5: Packaging & Delivery

After final approval and balance payment:

Screen is packed in flight cases or wooden crates

Shipment is booked with DHL, FedEx, or sea freight

All customs/commercial documents are prepared

Tracking number and invoice will be shared

Notes

Average production lead time: 7–15 business days

Complex or large projects may require up to 20 days

Custom designs (curved, transparent) require additional engineering validation

2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple international payment options to suit your convenience. All invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise requested.

Supported Payment Channels:

1. T/T (Bank Wire Transfer)

- Standard method for international orders

- SWIFT code provided with invoice

2. PayPal (for orders up to $10,000)

- Suitable for samples and small orders

- 4.4% transaction fee may apply

3. Wise (TransferWise)

- Fast and low-fee for clients in EU, UK, Asia

- Secure and efficient for cross-border payment

4. L/C (Letter of Credit)

- Available for large or governmental orders

- Subject to financial approval

5. AliPay / WeChat Pay

- Available for select clients upon request

- Ask your EKINTRY account manager for availability

Payment Terms

50% deposit upon order confirmation

50% balance before shipment

For orders below USD $20,000: full prepayment may apply

Split payments available for large phased deliveries

3. Returns & Refunds

Because all EKINTRY LED Screens are custom-built for each client, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Item received is physically damaged during shipping (must be reported within 7 days with photos/videos)

Product is significantly different from the agreed technical specification

Part of the order is missing or incorrectly assembled, and cannot be corrected remotely

Returns Not Accepted

Custom-made items with correct delivery and no defect

Mistakes due to wrong size, power, or pixel pitch ordered by client

Issues resulting from improper installation, wiring, overvoltage, or unauthorized modification

Delays due to customs clearance, tax, or shipping agent delays

Refund Scenarios:

• If you cancel before production begins:

→ Full refund (minus bank fees)

• If production has started but shipping hasn't:

→ Partial refund (typically 30–60%, based on costs incurred)

• If the screen is faulty under warranty:

→ Free replacement or pro-rated refund

• If the product is incorrect due to our error:

→ Full refund or re-shipment of correct items

• If screen damage is caused by installation or misuse:

→ No refund (covered by warranty only if not client-caused)

Note: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Instructions

Email: [sales@ekintry.com] within 7 days of receiving the goods

Include: Order number, photos/videos of issue, and brief description

Approved returns must be shipped in original packaging unless otherwise agreed

Buyer covers return shipping unless issue was our fault

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
